Applicants must be a licensed marine retail establishment with the ability to properly represent Power-Pole Shallow Water Anchor products. Please download the application below, fill it out completely, and fax it to us along with any additional required copies.

2. Florida Businesses please include a copy of your sales tax certificate.
3. Applicants must sign and return our Dealer Agreement, MAPS Policy, and Warranty Policy.
