Why Join Our Team?
Power-Pole truly is an exciting and enjoyable place to work. Our benefits package...awesome! Our people...the coolest! To top it all off, we're not just colleagues we treat each other like family!
Our #1 value is centered around people and not only our team members but our customers too. We take great pride in the high level of customer service we provide to dealers and consumers alike so both walk away knowing they'll be Power-Pole customers for life.
We're a marine company at the core so we work hard but we play hard too! Once each year; we take the whole crew out scalloping (except when hurricanes force us to cancel, we are in Florida after all). We also love holidays, they give us reason to celebrate! If we can find any reason to let loose we do, we even threw a wedding for one of our team members! These types of occasions provide our crew great opportunities to interact socially, even if they're in different departments.
We also prefer to promote from within whenever possible. Many of our team members have been with us for 5 or more years and several of our management team started off in our production department.
We offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package that rivals those of companies much larger than ours. Available to full-time employees, the package includes:
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Paid holidays (generally 8 or more per year)
- 401k With Company Match
- Medical, Dental ,Vision & Life Insurance
- Long & Short-Term Disability Insurance
- Employee Assistance Program
- Flexible Spending Account
